We shoot with high resolution professional digital cameras. The range of exposure along with the size of the capture allows us to provide superior images. The digital capture also allows us to safely protect and store your digital negatives with a complete back up of your wedding. With film, there is only one original and a spec of dust on the shutter can put a scratch through an entire set of images.

Digital also offers more accurate colors than film. Digital has a much larger gamut (range of color and tonality) than film. We shot film for ten years and the advantages of shooting digital for our clients are fantastic. Digital capture and processing is also environmentally friendly. Film processing and printing uses very strong, toxic chemistry.

Film shooters have to be conscious of their film and processing costs and can frequently be tempted to hold back the amount of images they shoot. As a digital photographer, this is not a concern and we can shoot many more images and be more spontaneous and creative for our clients.
